On Friday 10th May, several of us attended the Cover Customer Care Awards lunch at the Jumeirah Carlton hotel in London. As a finalist in the ‘Best Added Value Customer Service (3rd Party) category, we waited with bated breath to hear if we’d won. Sadly, we were beaten to the winner’s spot, but that didn’t impact how honoured and excited we were to be there and to have been nominated. It is a true reflection of just how far MDG have moved on in the past year. We have a new reputation for being innovative, flexible, amenable and efficient. Our customer services team are consistently performing above and beyond, hence the nomination.

Fueled by excellent food and copious amounts of delicious wine, we enjoyed being surrounded by our colleagues in the Life Protection world, and for being recognised as a market leader in providing medical evidence and support services to their companies.

Here’s to next year and the winner’s podium!
