At MDG, we are thrilled to have now attained ISO 9001 Quality Management certification, complementing our existing IS0 27001 Information Security Management and ISO 22301 Business Continuity Management certification.
ISO 9001 helps ensure that customers get consistent, good-quality products and services, as the certification requires the organisation to meet certain quality management principles. These include a strong customer focus, the motivation and implication of top management, the process approach and continual improvement.
